I had a great experience at Pai Palace. Coming from the USA, I was impressed by the quality and standards of the restaurant. First, the cleanliness of the utensils, plates, and staff stood out. The food was delicious and prepared exactly as I requested, with options for light, medium, or spicy. The service was organized, and the owner was very friendly. It’s a must-visit if you’re in Goa or Madgaon.

I highly recommend Pai Palace Hotel. The food and service are great, and the owner is very helpful. We wanted gadbad ice cream, but they didn’t serve it. The owner recommended a restaurant 3 km away, went there himself, and brought us the ice cream while we were still eating. I was amazed by how much he went beyond normal service

The food tasted really bad. We ordered 5 dishes, but none of them were good. The server was drunk, unable to speak or walk properly. There was no cleanliness or hygiene. I don’t recommend this place. Don’t go there.
