Pakwan is a fantastic restaurant! This is my second time visiting with my family, and we all loved it. Even my little one enjoyed the buffet, which included options for kids too. The food, service, and ambience are all amazing.

The ambience is the best part of this place, and the valet car park is a plus. However, the service isn’t great if you choose Ala carte. They struggle when there’s a crowd for the buffet, so avoid going on weekends. Overall, I didn’t have a great experience on my special day. While they still get customers, I think it's mostly first-timers. I would prefer to go to other places that offer better value for the price.

Very bad experience. We were a group of 7, and 3 of us arrived first, but we were not allowed to enter the restaurant. We were asked to sit outside until the others arrived. Even though we said we were hungry and wanted to start ordering, they refused. We asked if we could sit at a table for 3 and change it to a table for 7 when the others arrived, but they didn’t agree. We spoke to the manager, but the service was still terrible. Very disappointed with the attitude. I would never visit this place again.
