The customer service is fantastic. Shanthi helped me find feeding nighties for my sister, and Devayani patiently showed me clothes for newborns. Both were friendly and very efficient.

This is a great place for clothing. The quality is excellent and worth the price. The staff are polite, helpful, and easy to talk to. The floors are clean and tidy. There’s also a useful grocery store in the basement.

The cashier was terrible. She took too long to process the payment. Eventually, I just left because no one stopped us. The service was really bad. The accounts team needs to be more efficient.

The customer service in the Poonam Saree department was very poor. The salesman and saleswoman were rude. When we were looking at other sarees, the salesman harshly told us to look at Poonam sarees instead. We didn’t like them, and while we were paying, we saw them laughing and mocking us behind our backs. When we asked about it, they didn’t apologize or deny it they just kept laughing. Their behavior was very disappointing and upsetting.

I had a terrible experience at Pothys T.Nagar. I spent over 2000 here and asked for a calendar. The staff treated me badly and acted like I was a beggar. I returned the calendar and felt disrespected. The management was unhelpful, and the security said the manager wouldn’t come to the ground floor. Overall, it was a very bad experience. Please avoid shopping here.

The customer service at the first floor bill counter is very bad, and the staff there are rude and don’t know how to talk to customers. However, the staff in the rest of the store are good.
