You can find almost any book you want online without having to visit a store. Just tell them what books you need, and they’ll find and send them to you. I ordered a book, and it arrived within an hour

They have a wide range of books, including undergraduate and postgraduate notes, Nirali publications, engineering books, competitive exam books, current affairs books, banking books, and many novels. You can also find notebooks, pens, pencils, stationery items, and diaries. The staff is very helpful and offers great discounts. I always buy my books here. It’s the best place and always will be.

They have a good variety of books, but they lack politeness and ethics. They act like they don’t need customers and are doing you a favor by selling you books. Just having a wide range of books isn’t enough anymore, especially since people can buy books online at cheaper prices. They also don’t offer much in the way of discounts.

The workers are really rude and arrogant to customers. I was looking for a reference book for first-year Mechanical Engineering, and another customer tried to help me. A store worker told him to mind his own books, which was very disappointing. This used to be a good bookstore.

You will definitely encounter the rudest and worst customer service here. Trying to order online is very frustrating and ruins your shopping experience. Even though you’re buying books with respect, the service is lacking. Books are available everywhere, but they really missed the mark with their customer service.

Their online service is terrible. Even after I made the payment and sent a screenshot on WhatsApp, they wouldn’t answer my messages. When I called, one of the staff was very rude. In my opinion, they should at least update the buyer with the details.
