I forgot my laptop password and went to this shop. In just 15 minutes, they erased the password and fixed it without losing any of my old information. Great experience

Excellent service by Mr. Ravi He is very helpful and went out of his way to assist me. He even came at 6:30 AM on a Saturday to fix my laptop, which is rare these days. I highly recommend this place for all laptop services

Had a very bad experience. My system was restarting repeatedly and finally wouldn't turn on. I called them for help. The technician came, dusted the CPU, removed the graphics card, and said the fan in it was causing the issue. He charged me ?350 and left. The system worked for a while, but then it stopped again. I called them on Sunday, and on Tuesday, they reinstalled the OS for ?450. The next day, the system stopped working again. When I called for help, the technician was rude and refused to assist. Very poor service and terrible customer handling. I wouldn't recommend their services.
