I ordered 19 photos and specified the number of copies in the file name, but I received a random number of prints. I needed 15 copies as gifts, but only got 5, which ruined my plan. The executive should have called if they had any doubts, but they didn’t. I also ordered a poster, but the picture was very blurry. I’m extremely disappointed.

I paid for express delivery of my documents, but they gave me the wrong printouts and didn’t confirm my printing. They are poorly organized, and I don’t recommend Online Printo. You’ll get better service elsewhere. I had a very bad experience.

I was made to wait over an hour just to see a sample of my business card. The printed cards had poor ink quality, so now I’ve been waiting more than 2 hours for them to bring properly printed ones from Nungambakkam.
