We had an amazing time at Mango Hotels. The suite was very good, the mattresses were comfortable, and the reception staff provided great service. The only issue we had was the key cards not working, and they couldn't do anything about it. Still, we really enjoyed our stay.

This was one of the worst services I’ve experienced. I had to wait for an hour to get hot water for a bath after checking in. The phone lines weren’t working, so I had to call the landline numbers from my cell to ask for anything. Also, when I checked in, I was told I could pay for dinner at checkout, but after eating, the restaurant staff kept pressuring me for payment, saying they had no connection with the hotel.
Terrible service. Please improve your deals and service

The rooms were terrible. We were given two rooms in the basement, and there were cockroaches in both. The AC wasn't working properly, and the bathroom lights kept flickering. The breakfast buffet was served in a room under construction, with dust everywhere.
On the positive side, the location was excellent, and we could easily walk to the places we needed to visit. The staff was very kind and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
Overall, I would give five stars for service and location, but only two stars for the rooms.
