They have a good collection and lower making charges for fine jewelry. Bridal dresses are also reasonably priced and offer discounts compared to other well known stores in Trivandrum.

I had a very bad experience with this jewelry store. While the customer service is good, buying gold was a problem because the terms and conditions are not clear. The diamond section was particularly disappointing. For pure gold, you should go to another jeweler.

The customer service is very bad. The manager and staff are irresponsible. They make fake promises when you book, and then use tricks on customers when you go there. I’m unsatisfied with the service and wouldn’t recommend going there.

The customer service is very poor. The promises they make when you buy something are completely different if you try to exchange, trade in, or sell. You’ll always end up losing. There are many other, more honest jewelers in Trivandrum to choose from.

The team at Rajakumari MG Road jewelry is cheating customers. They promise low making charges when you book ornaments, but then double the charge when you buy them. Don’t trust them.
