I stayed here for two days while visiting temples. I booked a single bedroom, which was small but comfortable.

The rooms are good and located on a quiet street, making it a peaceful place for a calm stay. I stayed for 2 days, and it was very nice. The reception staff are friendly, and you can get good hot water and tea.

All three receptionists were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were cleaned well, and they even stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. Great service

Great location and excellent value for the price. The staff are very welcoming and offer good advice. The rooms are comfy, well-furnished, and clean, just like the rest of the hotel. I booked a city tour with Mr. Anil Kumar, who is a very safe and precise driver. We visited 9 places, including a beautiful mangrove and an Arabian Sea boat tour. He explains everything, takes his time, and even takes pictures if you want. It was a perfect stay.

The rooms aren’t as big as they look in the pictures and don’t have good air circulation. There’s an AC, but the fan is just a small wall-mounted type. The room wasn’t very clean at first, and the bedsheets looked dirty, but they changed them for me. The reception staff were really helpful, and breakfast was available and good. The toilet is very small, and the heater wasn’t working. The property is in a great location right in the heart of Trivandrum.

The room was excellent and very affordable. The air conditioning was great, and there was good hot water. The sink even had a mineral water connection. Definitely worth the money.

I stayed there for a short visit. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was provided. It’s good for all budgets and offers great value for money. It’s also easy to get to the Trivandrum railway station, Secretariat, and other important offices.

I'm giving one star less because they don’t have a restaurant, and there was confusion with the Majestic Inn series. This isn’t the original one, but the rooms are nice, clean, and hygienic. The staff should wear cleaner clothes and maintain better personal hygiene.
