I highly recommend therapists Sentinaro and Amoma; they were very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our massage and facial packages. Great service and atmosphere, and Manager Manish was very friendly. We’ll definitely visit again.

I was in severe pain from a rough Kuwait Airlines flight and couldn’t lie down comfortably. At Tattva, the therapist used special oil and adjusted my position to ease my pain. It worked so well that I finally slept soundly after 48 hours of discomfort.

The experience was amazing. My mom and I went for a head and face massage on Mother’s Day, and it was so relaxing and soothing. The service was fantastic! We’ll definitely come back again.

I felt really let down and disappointed. I messaged them on WhatsApp to ask about services and available times, then booked for two people. When we arrived, they had no record of our booking, so we had to wait a couple of hours if we still wanted a treatment. We decided to leave right away. It was a waste of time, and we were very unhappy.

The quality here was as mediocre as the hotel it’s in. Prices are high, but there’s no one who speaks English to help you. When we walked in, we waited about 5 minutes before someone who seemed like the cleaning lady came to assist us. She didn’t understand us and just handed us a price list. There are excellent massages available all over town, so you don’t need to come here.

My mother and I had an anti-aging facial, and the service was really disappointing. They kept using tissues and rubbing our faces, which left mine burning after I washed it at home. The only good part was the leg massage they did afterward. We did get a 20% discount, but even with that, the price didn't seem worth it for such an inexperienced facial. The overall experience could have been much better.
