Polite communication and good service. This is one of the best places for laptop service in Trivandrum. I recently had my laptop’s battery and keyboard replaced and the SSD upgraded, all at a reasonable price. Overall, I’m happy and satisfied.

I had a very bad experience. The staff is not good, and the rates for parts are very high and unbelievable. They don’t offer chip level repairs; they only replace parts with new ones at a high price. Please avoid giving your laptop to them. Their checking charge is also very high. They can't repair motherboards or other parts; they only replace them for a big price.

I had an issue with my HP laser printer. The response was poor, and it took about ten days for someone to come. There was no actual repair, just a replacement. I spent 20,000 on the printer and another 6,000 after a year to replace the drum.

This is not an authorized HP service center. The rates they quoted are high, and they might take advantage of you if you don't know much about computers.

The management is poor. Service is very slow, and they don’t call back to update you. If you need to reach the executives by phone, you have to call at least 10 times.
