Yesterday, I went to the hotel, and the food was very disappointing. The biryani tasted terrible, and the lunch was really bad. There were only raita, naan, and salad items. I didn't expect this from such a well-known hotel. It was a very bad experience and a waste of money.

Decent hotel in a prime location with a good restaurant. However, it's overpriced for what it offers and not very customer-friendly. The team needs to put in more effort to live up to the star rating it claims.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is okay, but the restaurant could improve. The dosa was served without chutney, which came only after we asked for it. The coffee was served without a spoon, and we had to request one.
