Regenta Central Imperial Candolim is one of the best hotels in Candolim. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the service is excellent. The food is amazing, especially Chef Laxman's Veg Dum Biryani and Chicken Dum Biryani. Our stay was very pleasant. A big thank you to Deepak Kumar, Richard, Kim, Deepak, Abhimanyu, and Suman for the great service.

Completely wasted money, this hotel is useless. The best room, the Imperial Suite, smells like the ceiling, and the blankets are not washed. The pool is dirty. They charge like a Hyatt, but they don’t deserve it. Worst experience with this hotel.

The hotel is okay, the service and food are also just okay. But the main issue is cleanliness, which was really lacking. The housekeeping staff doesn't clean properly. They only wipe the floor if they feel like it and leave everything else dirty – glasses, mirrors, beds, basins, bathrooms, and toilets. They just replace the towels, and that's it. The kettle in my room was so dirty I can't even explain, and the upper bed area was full of dirt. They don't even clean the gallery. Even after I complained, they argued with me, saying there was no dirt. The room smelled bad, and so did the lift. The worst part is that we paid 8000 per night for this stinky room. I stayed at Kyriad before, and it was amazing. Don’t waste your money here, it’s not worth it.
