The Central store here is amazing with a well managed sale this time. However, there aren’t enough cashiers, which slows down the checkout lines. Despite this, it’s still a great place to shop, and I enjoy it.

It's a very good mall, and the ground staff are very helpful. Today, when my son wasn’t feeling well, a guy cleaning the washroom on the first floor helped me a lot.

It’s a good place to find all brands in one location near Deccan. The staff seem a bit confused about the offers and might need more training. Coupons often don’t get redeemed. There are plenty of options for men and women, but the kids' section is small.

It’s a great place to buy clothes with tons of brands and lots of offers. You can also shop for toys, kitchenware, home decor, and more. The store is well-organized with each section neatly arranged. It gets very crowded on Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons. Parking costs ₹40, but you can redeem this amount at the billing counter.

When it was Central, it was great, but now it’s the worst. They charge for parking even though it’s supposed to be free. They’ve also closed many trial rooms, so you have to wait in long queues for 15 to 20 minutes each time.

The staff is terrible at explaining discount schemes. After spending time choosing items, you’ll be surprised at the billing counter to find many items without discounts. The billing staff is also untrained and even counted some of my purchases twice.

The salesman in the shoe section on the 1st floor was not interested in helping. I asked for a size checking scale, and he didn't even try to get one from the other side. No wonder people buy online with this kind of attitude.

I’m writing this review after a frustrating experience trying to exchange my shirt. Normally, exchanging an item should be simple: show the bill, choose a new item, and be done. But Central has a complicated and poorly managed process that took at least 30 minutes, even on a quiet day like Monday. There was a bottleneck at the counter with three people sitting idle while only one person did all the work, constantly asking his supervisor for guidance. The quality of this mall has really gone down. Very disappointing.

Very bad experience. The staff didn’t know about the discounts. We shopped for 2-3 hours, and then the billing was different from what we expected. Not what I expected from Reliance.
