The best Reliance Smart in Thane. They have all the groceries you need. I especially loved the section with imported chocolates.

The bazaar is lovely and beautiful. I found the big Cinthol soap here, which I couldn't find in other places.

I shopped for 3700 rupees, and they asked me to make an online payment. The amount was debited from my account, but they claimed they didn't receive it and wasted my time for an hour. The staff and manager were very unhelpful.

The service was very poor. The staff was rude and acted like they were giving us products for free. The prices displayed and the prices billed were very different. They didn't resolve any of my complaints.

The customer service at the store was very bad. I shopped for 4800 rupees, and the person at the billing counter told me I could get 2 items for 9 rupees each. However, when I checked the bill, I found out he charged me 49 rupees instead of 9 rupees for a bag. It was not a good experience.

Today's experience was bad. I bought products worth 2,022 INR on July 4th, 2024. As I was leaving the store, the security staff checked and found an Elichi pack worth 30 INR in my trolley. I immediately asked the store staff if they had charged me for it, and they confirmed they had not. So, I returned the product to them. However, the security staff took a picture of the bill and said they needed it. I felt very insulted and humiliated. I've decided not to shop at Reliance Smart Bazaar Viviana Mall Store again.
