Dmart has very bad service towards coustomers, we couldn't get in only because we had a parcel with non veg which wasn't allowed inside. They was no facility to place such packages kindly look into it and please provide arrangements for the same.

This is an excellent household shopping destination. The rates are discounted, although they can be a bit confusing to calculate initially. However, the staff is very nice and helpful. Opening a branch in Goa would be highly beneficial and much needed. Improving cleanliness both at the front and back of the house would enhance the overall experience.

The best feature of this mart is the free parking. It spans three storeys offering a wide range of products from groceries to apparel and furnishings. The prices are highly competitive, and we visit this place at least twice a month.

Very poor crowd management. The staff is inexperienced and uncooperative. There is a complete lack of customer service; they seem only interested in drawing crowds. Safety arrangements and public announcements about counters are nonexistent.

I didn't like the way they display prices and offers. You have to double-check to see exactly what price the product is offered at; often, if you overlook the labels, you can end up being misled. Be sure to read them carefully; it's not any cheaper or better than a typical department store.
