It’s a very good hotel with a homely atmosphere. Everything is perfect: cleanliness, delivery of morning newspapers, excellent food, good housekeeping, and superb staff.

It's one of the best places for a family stay in Mangalore. The management, reception, customer care, and staff are all very friendly and warm.

The room was just okay, but the AC wasn’t well maintained, and the lift often got stuck with no help available. The reception staff were inconsistent; they promised a discount for an early checkout but later charged the full price. The price was based on the number of people, not the room. The receptionist was rude and unfriendly, and customer satisfaction was very poor.

The hotel is in the heart of Mangalore on K S Rao Road. The railway station is less than a kilometer away, and the bus stand is about 1 kilometer away. There's a pure vegetarian restaurant attached that serves authentic food. Popular malls, shops, and iconic temples like Sheravu Ganapati and Venkataramana are within walking distance. The rooms are well maintained and match the price.

It's a good, budget-friendly family hotel right in the city center. They give you one liter of Bisleri water daily as a compliment. There’s also a vegetarian restaurant called Janatha Deluxe nearby. It's a great place for tourists visiting Mangalore.

The rooms are spacious but not very clean, despite the hotel being in a great location. We're disappointed, especially since this is our first visit. I'm writing this right after checking in. I strongly recommend Hotel Manorama next door it has similar prices but better rooms.

Great location and budget-friendly. The rooms and hotel are well maintained. The only thing missing is basic toiletries like towels and soap.

We stayed there for my best friend's wedding. The rooms are large and spacious. Room service is excellent. The location is great, with malls and markets nearby. They also have their own restaurant.

I booked a room for a day, and it was clean. Hot water was available, and the bedsheets were clean. It’s good value for money. Room service starts at 7:30 AM, and they bring food from the restaurant downstairs. The lift wasn’t working well, especially for going down. The reception staff were friendly and knew what they were doing.
