I had an incredibly calming and soothing massage experience here. The massage therapist demonstrated exceptional skill, knowing precisely where to apply pressure. They were dedicated and hardworking throughout the session. The spa itself exudes a serene ambiance despite its age, and notably provides separate shampoo and body wash facilities, which is quite rare. Additionally, their massage services are competitively priced compared to other spas. However, it is worth noting that the proximity of therapy rooms means that sound can carry between them, as they are not fully soundproofed. If you are primarily seeking a great massage, this place is definitely worth a visit.

I really enjoyed the cross-gender massage. I hope they can enhance customer satisfaction and cater to our needs and desires more effectively. Improving the staffs appearance would also be beneficial.

The experience felt like having an inexperienced grandmother apply oil to a one-month-old baby. It was very unpleasant and felt like a waste of money. The only positive was relaxing in the AC room. Overall, it was a disappointing and terrible experience.
