The worst MORE outlet in the city. They have too few staff, with only one counter open, and prices are mismatched. The staff are unfriendly, and you’ll wait a long time in line because many counters are closed.

The ice cream quality was poor. When I showed the problem, they said it wasn’t an issue and refused to refund or replace it. I opened it in front of the staff, and the manager spoke rudely. We paid with cash, not getting it for free.

The place is a shame for its brand name. There’s bad housekeeping, limited and non-fresh vegetables, and the staff are undisciplined, inefficient, and arrogant. It's better to visit Chilimbi More instead.
