My experience was great The place is clean, and the staff were courteous and professional. Lakshmi did my pedicure, and Kamai did foot reflexology. Rajani was very welcoming and pleasant. This spa came up as the top one in Mangalore during my search, and they lived up to my expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back

Laxmi did a great job threading my eyebrows, and I liked the shape. I highly recommend her Manjula also did a good job on my daughter's brows.

I had the worst experience after getting my hair colored. I will never visit again. I faced severe hair fall and an itchy scalp. The itching started the day after coloring, and I’ve been dealing with hair fall ever since. It’s been three months, and the problem is still there.

I went to this salon for a pedicure, and the service was disappointing. My nails were cut unevenly, the filing was poorly done, and the nail polish was applied messily.

I didn’t get the same quality treatment as at other Kimera branches. The staff was stingy with the hair products, and they shortened the hair massage time.

I went to Kimera in Mangalore. The ladies' service was good, but the men's service wasn't great. They didn’t provide a bath towel after the shower, and the person seemed rushed. The massage wasn’t good either.
