I had a very bad experience with the sales representative, Mr. Binoj. He was unhelpful and disappointing, especially for a regular customer. Now, I’m not sure if I’ll come back or recommend this place to anyone.

I had the worst customer experience. There were no options, and the staff just wanted us to leave. We came to exchange gold, and it was very disappointing. I won’t recommend this to anyone.
