The tour operators are very arrogant. Once you pay them in advance, they start misbehaving. They changed the cab and drivers four times when I arrived at Chennai Airport. I do not recommend their service.

Last week, we booked a vehicle for an outstation trip, but it was really old. The front and back seats didn’t work well, and the vehicle overall was not good.

All the arrangements during the trip were made nicely and well coordinated. We enjoyed the trip thoroughly because of the good accommodations and transport. Most importantly, the services, prompt responses, and hospitality were excellent.

The resort in Coorg was good, and the cab driver was nice. The cab was new. Sai Prabhu Tours was very helpful throughout the journey.

I took a cab from Sai Prabhu from Chennai to Pondicherry from November 30 to December 3. The service was very poor, mostly with outsourced cab agents. The driver, Ramalingam, was very unprofessional. The owner, Prabhu, is arrogant and changes the terms after receiving the advance. Never use this service.
