The tour operators are very arrogant. Once you pay them in advance, they start misbehaving. They changed the cab and drivers four times when I arrived at Chennai Airport. I do not recommend their service.

Last week, we booked a vehicle for an outstation trip, but it was really old. The front and back seats didn’t work well, and the vehicle overall was not good.

All the arrangements during the trip were made nicely and well coordinated. We enjoyed the trip thoroughly because of the good accommodations and transport. Most importantly, the services, prompt responses, and hospitality were excellent.

We are overall happy with the knowledge and experience we had, but I want to highlight a few points. Initially, cheaper hotels were suggested. The travel agent arranged the itinerary well, but we realized.
