Very bad customer service. I raised a request on Saturday, but they came a week later. In the meantime, I fixed the problem using my own IT support. They did nothing but asked me to pay for petrol and conveyance for the sales. I am seriously disappointed with the customer support ladies and their behavior. Very bad experience.
