The staff were friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and guided me on the medications I needed.

They work closely with certain medical experts and ensure prescriptions are only filled through them, which they proudly claim. All the medicines are available at their store, and they charge the MRP. However, phone orders require constant follow-up, and they don't provide callbacks or confirmations.

I had the worst experience at Sethuram Medicals in RA Puram. My pediatrician prescribed a seizure medication for my child, but when I went to the pharmacy with the prescription, they refused to give me the medicine. The cashier was rude and said it's their choice whether to sell the medicine, even with a prescription. I was shocked and in urgent need of the medicine, but it wasn't available at other pharmacies. It was very unprofessional, and they should have informed me earlier if they weren't going to provide it.
