I ordered food from this catering for my housewarming ceremony. They made mistakes with the welcome drink and ice cream. They mixed water with strawberry ice cream and served it as the welcome drink instead of the one I ordered. They also served strawberry ice cream instead of butterscotch. The other food was okay. At the end, the waiters asked for tips and didn't leave until I gave them each 100 bucks. Overall, the experience was not good. I had to call the owner and get a discount.

One of the worst catering experiences I’ve had. Very bad service. Please make sure this doesn’t happen in other functions. We paid the balance because of your poor service. If the service was good, we would have paid extra for our satisfaction. Spoiled rasam was served.
