Excellent work done on time with quick follow-ups during any issues. They took care of everything, from approvals to installation to support. I waited 3 months to see the actual power savings for my 3.4KV setup, and I’m seeing significant savings on my power bill, around 7-8K. I also received the subsidy in my account.

Poor response. They make you run around for installation and even for basic queries. They never respond to calls or call back. Very poor customer service.

They are good until you buy the product from them. Once it's installed, they won't respond to you or your calls.
