I've ordered from this place a few times because the food quality was good, but I'm fed up with their unreliability. They cancel orders at the last minute and speak rudely to customers.

I used to enjoy their food, so I ordered for my daughter's 1st birthday party. However, the noodles were spoiled when they arrived, and the service was not up to the mark. They didn't keep the promises they made.
