As a regular customer, I find the service unacceptable. The food tastes good, but the supervisors' responses are really poor. A business's reputation depends on how they treat their customers. This service is not acceptable, and I’m sharing this feedback to help improve customer service.

This is an untrustworthy organization. They take orders when they’re free, but if they get more orders later, they might refuse yours without warning. I suggest you choose another supplier, even for small orders.

The food is definitely the best, but the service is not. After the event, they ask for more money for the service. They give a quote beforehand, but then the staff will demand extra money as a tip. This has been a frustrating issue with this catering service. Make sure you confirm that you won’t have to pay any extra for the service. This issue is about the service, not the food.

The food quality and maintenance are average. The serving team doesn’t wear scrub caps, and they use heavy buffet plates, which makes you finish eating quickly.
