We rented a car from them for our Chidambaram and Kumbhakonam temple tour. Mani was our driver, and he was very punctual and courteous. He knew the area well and was enthusiastic about taking us around.

We recently had a family vacation, and overall the car was good, and we had a safe trip. However, I would not recommend our assigned driver, Peter. He seemed uninterested in driving and wasn't very helpful during the trip.
I suggest asking for a different driver before starting the trip for a better experience. Overall, Sri Ram Travels is good, and the owner was responsible and followed up with us. I hope you have a great trip with any other driver from this travel service, except the one mentioned above.

Horrible service. I booked a cab to be picked up at Trichy airport. I got the driver's number before my flight, spoke to him, and confirmed the pickup. He said he would come 10 minutes before my arrival. But when I landed, his number was switched off. The travel agent told me to wait. After 15 minutes, I decided to take a local taxi, which was cheaper too. Leaving a customer stranded at the airport with no response after promising a pickup is the worst service from a travel agency.
