I had a very disappointing experience with this travel agency in Trichy. Many reviews seem fake, and the staff, especially a person named Shankar, was aggressive and tried to bully me into buying tickets. If anything goes wrong, they just keep your money. I waited nearly two months to get my refund, and Shankar even threatened me about my review. It felt like a money laundering scheme. They clearly don't respect customers and act more like a gang than a professional business.
