This is one of the best catering services in Srirangam. The food tastes excellent and is reasonably priced. Everything was prepared and ready on time. Don’t think twice just hand it over to Ramesh, and he will take care of everything. We are very happy with their services.

We placed an order on our way back to Srirangam around 7 pm and sent the address with a note to deliver by 8:30 pm. However, the delivery wasn't made until 9:15 pm. When we tried calling, the number was either out of coverage or switched off. We then called another number from their website, and a lady answered, saying she would inform someone and take action, but we never got a callback. After calling again, a guy answered and said, "I was waiting for you to pick up." When we reminded him that we had requested delivery at 8:30 pm, he made lame excuses. This was totally irresponsible and unprofessional service. It seems like the people managing the business don't understand basic communication.
