Most often we think taste is just the sensation of flavour perceived in the mouth for us to eat, but taste plays a vital role in our physiology, health and well-being. We eat the flavours that we like without knowing whether those flavours are really suitable for our body or not. There are 6 tastes as per Atharva Veda. Each of this taste possesses a different property and render different benefits to the body. Swatham thrives to add taste that uplifts your soul and enriches your life.

They are very efficient and serve food super fast. After shopping in T Nagar and post-lunch, we were all very hungry and tired. We were looking for a place with parking and found this gem.

The food is very average. The parotta we ordered was not good, and the masala in the masala dosa was not fresh. I definitely will not recommend this hotel, even if you're very hungry.

Very bad experience. I ordered pulka, but they gave me roti instead. Pulka should be soft, but it wasn’t. They changed it, but the new one was also not good. So, guys, please don’t try pulka here.
