Started by R Krishnamurthy in 1988, they initially specialised in the door-to-door delivery of bhakshanams. But over a period of time, they have expanded and currently operate from three stores- T-Nagar, Mandaveli, and KK Nagar. All this just by word of mouth! Bite into their sweets and you are sure to go the nostalgic way and reminisce the sweets made at home. Their sweets and savouries are a lot less greasy when compared to other sweet stores in the city. So, the health-conscious lot can binge without guilt. You can find everything from thattai and seedai to ladoos and thengai barfi here. The prices are moderate too.

Besides sweets, they offer paruppu podi, karuveppilai podi, vathalkuzhambu paste, puli kaichal, tomato paste, kanji maavu, and pickles. You will also find bajji, vadai, and bondas in the evenings.
