It’s a TATA Group company that works in hospitality and catering services. They have well trained staff and chefs who serve food to airlines and other businesses.

It's a private company that mainly caters to airlines, but they also offer cakes at reasonable prices for events, but only with a pre-order.

The food in Vistara Premium Economy is really awful. It was bland, watery, and tasteless. The chicken korma and vegetable kofta on my Delhi Goa Delhi flights in September 2022 were not good at all.
