Tanishq Jewellery - Chennai - Anna Nagar

Tanishq Anna Nagar(near round about) is one of the worst outlet I have ever seen. Ever you will face lot of dirty.and suspecious questions at cash counter. I wish to explain that bad experience I had. While provided my debit card for my son's platinum material payments, the cashier asked me who is the card holder and why you pay for the bill(without checking my name in the card). I couldn't understand who gave the authority to him to ask such type of suspicious question. When I asked him why you asked me like this and who told you ask like this. He is telling some story about cheaters. I wounded me such type of bad and stupid type of questions. The concerned store Manager watched the arguments from his room and never came out to find out the reality of the incident. When you pay your bills through your own card, do you expect such type of stupid questions. I couldn't understand they are running their business genuinely. With the experience, I suggest the customers to find out other jewellery outlets which are plenty in Anna Nagar

I've visited this place many times, and the customer experience is always great. Today, I went to exchange my old gold, and the process was quick. Nagalatha's service was excellent she was patient and smiled throughout.
