The journey of Tanishq started with the launch of 18k gold watches studded with precious stones in 1994. But, it soon grew into a 22K jeweller who presented a stunning range of gold and diamond jewellery. The term Tanishq was coined by Mr. Xerxes Desai by marrying the words ‘Tan’ meaning body and ‘Nishk’ meaning a gold ornament and Tanishq’s very first state-of-art jewellery factory with a proper karigaar park was set up in Hosur in Tamil N

Prasanth and Yuvraj helped us buy ornaments with their great sales skills. Prasanth gave us all available discounts, including employee discounts. Our old gold was melted by Prakash, who showed professionalism and trust. Rajalingam at the billing section assisted me with paying the advance and booking the ornaments at 11 pm. The entire team at Usman Road, T. Nagar, was excellent. Their passion shows, and it’s worth buying from this place with its great collections.

Our family has always had a great experience at Tanishq. Ms. Anushya’s service has been excellent, and she has been helping us with our chit schemes for a long time. The staff’s hospitality is commendable, and we also love the store’s ambiance and atmosphere.

The customer service was very poor. The employees were busy with their phones and chatting, and no one approached us to find out what we needed. We waited around for 10-15 minutes and then went to GRT, where the reception was much better. It’s not just about the product; how customers are treated is important too.
