The service and design collections are unique and amazing. The staff, Venkatesh, Naga Lakshmi, and Naseema Banu, were all kind, polite, and very helpful in helping me choose the right product.

The customer service was very bad. It's disappointing that a company under the Tata group doesn’t care about customer needs. We came to buy silver, trusting the brand. When we entered, the security checked our attire and asked what we wanted. When we said we wanted to buy silver and gold coins, he quickly told us those aren't sold there and to go to other shops. It’s unfair for him to judge us like that. We decided not to enter because the management isn’t monitoring this kind of behavior.
