The staff is polite and humble, explaining the process clearly. They made everything easier, especially Priyadarshini on the ground floor, who helped and made the experience great.

I have visited to Tanishq with my family on last Saturday 17.8.2024 as reference given by my friend for exchange the old golds bought 25 tingyears before. The executive Mrs Priyadarshini has received well and rested the old golds infront of me including testing of its quality in spectrum mc. We were very satisfied for this transferent act I never seen in any big jewellery market in Trichy. While melting process also, the crafts technician Mr senthil ( I could not recall his full name)also behaved very well, melted the old golds inpresence of me I never expected. While doing selecting the new ornaments the executive Mr Joe shown a friendly approach, we could select our wishes, well satisfied. Now I used to recommend to visit my friend circle to Tanishq.

Located on Promenade Road, Bharathidasan Salai, Trichy, this is a great place to shop with family. The customer service is good, and the showroom has a variety of items for kids, men, and women. Parking is available. They offer gold, platinum, diamond ornaments, and accessories. They also provide discounts during festivals.

I am disappointed with the collections and the sales staff. The billing details were not given properly, and the gross weight of the gold was not shown. Overall, I am not satisfied.
