I booked a cab to go to Egmore and was initially unsure about RED Taxi's service in Chennai, as we usually use it in Coimbatore and Madurai. However, the app was easy to use, and the pickup was prompt. Great service from RED Taxi

I had a bad experience with RED Taxi today in Chennai. I had previously appreciated their service, but today I was left waiting in the sun at Chennai Airport. The app booking process is not as expected. They called to ask details like how many people, how much luggage, etc. It felt like a scene from the movie "Munna Bhai MBBS," where they focus on forms instead of the actual service. The driver didn’t come, and I was made to wait for over 30 minutes. Finally, I booked another taxi, and the driver arrived quickly. I won’t recommend RED Taxi after this experience.

Unreliable in Chennai. I booked an airport pickup for 5:50 am. I called at 5:25 and again at 5:40 to check if the driver was assigned. They didn’t assign anyone. After many follow-ups, I got a message saying the car might be delayed. I ended up booking an Uber, which arrived in 5 minutes.
