I’ve been using their service for over two years. The drivers are always prompt and professional. We've used them for both local Chennai trips and outstation trips, including round trips, pick-up only, and drop-off only. All our trips have been hassle free. Thank you

The TCS staff does not treat the drivers with respect. They handle drivers very badly, and I'm not happy with how they act. Mr. Arumugam, in particular, doesn't know how to speak to drivers. It's not just me; most of the drivers don't like him.
