What stands out about them is their patience with our queries and their respectful approach. Unlike other shops where you might feel pressured to make a purchase, they allow us the freedom to decide and even encourage us to explore other showrooms for comparison. They have a nice collection and provide good customer service. Mrs. Renuka, the executive, was friendly, and all the other staff members were attentive and responsive. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Very limited collections and a disappointing experience overall. I strongly advise against purchasing gold jewelry from Thangamayil. They include stone weight in the gold weight, which is deceptive. Don't be misled by their attractive advertisements.

This is one of the worst jewelry shops I have ever purchased from. The manager, Mr. Stephen, exhibited extremely rude behavior towards me, treating me as if I were just window shopping. When I asked him to reduce the wastage percentage on a bracelet, he dismissively said, Such an attitude from your manager is unacceptable.
