This is one of the most unprofessional catering companies I’ve ever dealt with. They keep disappearing and taking days to respond, then vanish again. It was a complete mess. If you don’t want to be embarrassed in front of your guests, avoid them at all costs they ruined our event. The food was not fresh, as they cooked it the night before. They had very few staff, and the ones they had were wearing dirty clothes. The service was awful, and we had to chase them around for everything, leaving our guests unattended. I regret choosing them after seeing the high ratings on Google. Hire them at your own risk.

The food quality was good, but the serving experience was very disappointing and humiliating. I booked the catering for my housewarming celebration at Brigade, choosing the live BBQ menu with 5 starter items for 65 guests. However, the serving was poorly handled. Guests weren’t allowed to serve themselves or be served on plates. Instead, the starters were handed directly to their hands on small pieces of paper. There were only 3 staff members, and just 2 were serving, so all the guests had to wait for their turn. If you want to feel embarrassed in front of your guests on a special occasion, this catering service is the right choice. They didn’t seem to care at all.
