I had a really bad experience here. As a single female traveler, I felt uncomfortable and treated poorly by staff members like Smrity, Ashish Singh, Chimal, Abhishek, and some restaurant staff. They stared, laughed at guests, and didn’t care when I mentioned informing management about their unprofessional behavior. The front desk staff were rude, with big egos, and would argue with guests, even in front of others. It was shocking. Vamsi and the GM, Ramesh, promised the behavior would improve, but it didn’t. I felt bullied and victimized throughout my stay, and it was a mistake to stay here so long. I’m relieved to leave and feel bad for the staff who try to do things right.

Overall, the experience was good, and the beautiful ambiance made my day. The staff was very helpful and disciplined. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the Wi-Fi was easily accessible and user-friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the TV, as it seemed like an old model. But overall, it was an amazing experience.

The rooms aren’t great, except for the bathroom. The towels weren’t very clean. I couldn’t turn off the lights at night, and the noise insulation wasn’t good. The odor and ambiance could be improved. Also, there were no HD channels on the TV.
