Great experience and a good collection of books. I found some interesting books on the history of Goa. It’s a nice place to spend your afternoon looking for the perfect book to buy.

I wanted to ask about a book, so I contacted them through their website chat, as they suggest. They replied quickly, but their follow-up was very poor. I still haven’t got an answer to my query, and it’s been over two days. This shows a lack of accountability in their customer service. It’s probably better to visit in person.
