The rooms are overpriced, and you have to pay for the entire stay upfront, even if you leave early. There are better options nearby if you're visiting the Verna Industrial Area. The hotel doesn't offer anything worth the money. The food is also disappointing even street food in Goa tastes better. It's ironic that this hotel has a chain of locations.

The food was amazing, and the service was fantastic. Vishal was great! The prawn curry was the best I've ever had, and the vegetarian options were also good. When we asked to reheat the food, they brought it out fresh again, which was a nice touch. We'll definitely be coming back every Friday from now on

I recently stayed at The Fern Kesarval and had an okay experience. The hotel has a nice ambiance, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, but some things could be better. The amenities were fine, but the food quality could improve. The location is good, but the noise from the nearby road was a bit disturbing. Overall, it was a decent stay, but some areas need improvement.
