The rooms are not clean and have a bad smell. The location is very far from everything, and the ambiance is not good. The food is terrible.

We recently celebrated our retirement party at the Golden Crown Hotel, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff was very professional, and the management did an excellent job overseeing everything. Thank you for your wonderful support.

We tried to book for our family vacation, but it was a frustrating experience. They didn’t answer calls directly and asked us to send all the details on WhatsApp. After doing that, they gave us wrong rental prices. Even after multiple follow-ups, they still haven’t provided any correct information. Very unprofessional from the start. I can’t say how their stay service is, but I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
