The property is great, and the welcome is nice. However, the food could be better. I’d suggest focusing more on quality than variety. Some of the staff seemed a bit tense and edgy.

Great hospitality, amazing staff, and delicious food. They even gave us a free upgrade with a great view. If you're visiting Chennai and looking for a five-star hotel, Leela Palace is a perfect choice. They’re very customer-friendly and always helpful. It’s a pleasure to stay here
