Nice hotel. According to their policy, 24-hour check-in is only possible if you book through the hotel website. We booked for 2 days on the Lotus hotel website and were allowed to check in at 8:11 AM. I requested a 1-hour late check-out, but they asked us to check out before 9 AM. The bathroom had a bad smell, and when I told them, they just sprayed a bathroom freshener. Overall, I wasn't happy with the service.

I booked a Junior Suite, and the room was very spacious and clean. It had a microwave and electric stove, which was a nice surprise. They don’t have many options for breakfast and dinner. However, the hotel, ambience, room, and stay were all good and definitely worth the money paid.

The stay here was really good. The hotel had all the basic amenities and very spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet, though small, was delicious and different every day. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We arrived at the hotel around 6 a.m., and they arranged a room for us on a 24-hour check-in basis.
The hotel is in the heart of the city, with easy access to major sightseeing and shopping areas. Many shopping malls are along the same road. The only downside was that there was no safety locker in the room. Overall, it's a very good hotel.
