The mall isn't as large as Phoenix Market City, but it's still quite impressive. It features numerous brand showrooms like most malls do. There's plenty of open space inside, and the food court offers ample seating. The top-floor play area is great for passing time. It's especially convenient for those working in Siruseri or nearby places like Egattur.

Taking a weekend drive to explore The Marina was truly worthwhile. This mall stands out uniquely in its own way, distinguished by its impressive construction and distinctiveness compared to other malls. It offers ample space and excellent accessibility, making it one of Chennai's premier malls. From cinemas to a wide array of branded outlets, it has everything one could need. A must-visit destination on Old Madras Road.

We visited this mall to attend the Book Chor fair. Inside, we explored the enormous superstore that stocked almost all household items. Situated a bit away from Chennai, this mall is a hidden gem, yet it stands out as one of the best in the city. It houses all the essential stores and boasts impressive infrastructure and design. With its spacious layout, it has great potential and is sure to become very popular in the coming days. The mall had a decent crowd, and the rooftop view was breathtaking. It features a good theater and a unique dinosaur display that kids love. The parking lot was convenient, and using the escalators was a pleasure.
