We get quality and fresh meat here at a reasonable price. I’ve been buying meat from this shop for the last 4 months and haven’t had any issues. The shop is always neat and clean, with excellent staff and professional employees.

The products were good and fresh earlier, but recently I've had major issues with the freshness and quality, especially with seafood, and the store hasn't provided a proper solution. I stopped buying seafood since then, as it’s not worth the price. The free-range products are good, though.
The online order management has been one of the worst experiences. Many times, I’ve added items to the cart that weren’t available, and sometimes orders were not fulfilled because the items were out of stock.

Today, I bought mutton around 8:30 am. When I got home and opened the pack, it smelled like prawn or fish. I cleaned it 10 times and made biryani, but it still tasted horrible. I’m wondering if they’re actually selling real mutton or something else.

I've been purchasing meat and poultry from this shop for over a year now. However, a few days ago, I bought goat meat that appeared unusually dark. Upon cooking, it emitted a strong foul smell reminiscent of sheep meat, prompting us to discard the entire meal without consumption. When I raised my concern to the shop, they dismissed it, stating that they had received positive feedback from other customers who purchased the same meat. I found their response disappointing and unexpected. They claimed they were not responsible once the meat had been cooked, but failed to understand that the issue was apparent during the cooking process itself.
